If there were to be an AJPW/WWE supercard, what would be your 5 MVP's from the WWE to appear on the show. Also what your main event be?
Personally I would mark out for Muto vs Benoit or Kawada vs Storm
Good point, the thought of Angle vs Kawada is pretty mouthwatering. Misterio Jr vs Hayashi, Kea vs Guerrero and Ka Shin vs Tajiri would add some spice to it all.
How good would a Champion carnival be with
AJPW
Muto, Tenryu, Kawada, Kojima, Kea & Williams
WWE
Benoit, Angle, Guerrero, Van Dam, Jericho & Flair?
Mutoh-Mania, Vince might not want his boys to do the jobs, but with Angle, Benoit and Guerrero's weekleys losses, I think it would be unavoidable
Besides, it's only a fans pipe dream to see a supercard like that. Although I would much prefer to see a Carnival series between the two groups.
A few things I never thought I'd see in my lifetime
1) Shane McMahon on Nitro
2) Eric Bischoff on Raw
3) Muto with the Triple Crown
4) Mike Barton with any kind of title belt
5) A juniorheavyweight division in All Japan................still waiting
Anything can happen in rasslin' these days. Just for the record though, I'm not predicting it will happen at all. I would really like to see it happen though. Muto & Kawada vs Angle & Benoit...nice.
Personally, if I had to book an AJPW/WWE angle so that it were successful in the US, I'd probably have Kea rather than Mutoh headline the show against Rock. Granted, he'd need some extra push beforehand and the japanese might not like to have to put a gaijin in the main match of an AJPW/WWE showdown, but from WWE's point of view Kea would look like a better choice. He speaks english and with his background I can think of some very interesting angles between him and Rock (beyond the old US vs Japan stuff). Also, at this time I think Kea vs Rock would be a better match in the ring than Mutoh vs Rock, so yeah, I'd have Rock Bottom vs Surfing Suplex!
I'd either have Mutoh face Brock Lesnar, which would be an acceptable alternative for him not facing Rock. In that case, preferably with Mutoh pulling a desperation KO victory MMA style off a Shining Wizard after building most of the match around Lesnar's physical dominance (they'll have to do the Lesnar-succumbing-to-superior-experience bit someday if they want to have him lose in credible fashion, who better to do the honours than Mutoh?). Or else, I'd have a big-name nostalgia tag-match between Mutoh/Tenryu and Hogan/Flair with some special stipulation to allow for some interaction inside the tag pairs and milk the respective rivalries.
Eddie Guerrero vs Kendo Ka Shin should provide a nice contrast in styles. Benoit vs Kawada and Kojima vs Angle would probably figure in every fan's ideal lineup.
I'd love to see Dr Death show up and cut a promo against Jim Ross, the WWE and the US fans, pointing out that most of the best american wrestlers had to leave to Japan to express their style, and get the WWE and its fans to acknowledge the great tradition of US wrestlers in Japan that most of them sadly ignore.

WWExlax wouldn't get it nor would better than 90% of their fans. Alot of whom wouldn't know who Dr. Death was.
I'd like to see Muto's Shining/Sliding/Sloppy Wizard versus Helmes Shining Enziguri in amatch where a point is awarded every time they hit the move wrong; the one with the least points wins.
Weren't there some All Japan wrestlers in the front row of the Smackdown show in Hawaii last month? (or was it 2 months ago?)
I have read for a while that Mutoh wants to wrestle against The Rock, and if he takes the reins of power in AJ he's going to try and set up a match.
So, the five WWE "superstars" I'd like to see in an All Japan card? Benoit, RVD, Regal, Angle, and Lesner. I'd also like to see Mike Barton vs. Billy Gunn, just for the heck of it.
