Does anyone by any chance know what the crowd shouts out when Stan Hansen does his Texas longhorn performance?
Is it something like "Whooo..."
Also I hear before every AJPW match that the crowd says something after the ring announcer is done with the wrestler(s) introductions but I'm not sure what since it's hard to hear.
It's two syllables and it sounds like 'Kai-shi' [Start]...

I always thought it was "weeeeee!"

Maybe you're talking about after the name of the referee was announced? If so, that must be "Kyohei", the first name of the AJ senior ref Kyohei Wada. If you watch the older AJ tapes, they chant "Joe" after the ref Joe Higuchi was announced.
Wada is my favourite referee ever. No other referee (aside from Higuchi) inspired that support; New Japan fans don't chant 'Hattori' or 'Tiger' (perhaps 'tigah' would be more appropriate).
Heh. Yeah... It really does sound like "Kyouhei" and I never thought that the crowd would actually chant a referee's name.
Nowadays, I don't think they would chant "Yamaguchi".
Well Actually... I don't know about that.

I remember the commentator when Nakata was introducing Hansen one time during a 6 man tag match back in 1997, mentioned him as "Mis-tah Weeeeee Stan Hansen"
