    Goldberg Vs Mutoh

Will All Japan make Mutoh die in under 2 minutes? I wonder who'll win this match.

    Woah, wrong forum there, buddy.

Anyway, Mutoh won't job himself, especially in a squash. If he's going to have a match with Goldberg, it'll be of fairly reasonable length, and try and make look, you know, like a good match. That's the LOGICAL thing to do, anyway.
    Signature pending.

Even with Muto's dodgy knees and Goldberg's limitations, it would still be a good match. Goldberg would get the win but your right, Muto would drag it out as long as possible and make Bill look as vulnerable as possible.

I hope don't see this.. It mean that Tenryu can lose his Triple Crown Title for the big head of Mutoh!

I ask : Where goes the japan puroresu??????? Now the reality is anybody 'no names' like Goldberg can arrive in a japenese promotion and say 'I am a big star, I want money, I sell more and more t-shirts, well : sign me! and of course i MUST win all my fights between great japenese star..."

Bordel! but it's a shame! Puro just become

Goldberg is only doing what any other star would do. Why do people have this issue with still baffles me. If he didn't draw, was a poor worker(he may not be great but he ain't bad) and wasn't over with the crowd I could understand this resentment. Compare Goldberg to the stale stars that have been in All Japan, New Japan and even NOAH, at least Goldberg is fresh and has somthing new to offer. I like seeing forst time match ups as opposed to Tenryu-Muto 74 and Chono winning the G1 Climax again. People are attcking Goldberg like he has already screwed up and destroyed All Japan.

What, crushing guys in under two minutes and saying you'd rather be a footballer than a wrestler anyway is fresh and exciting?

Neither his matches in All Japan have gone under two minutes and the fact that he's a new face makes him fresh. And, yeah, Goldberg's matches are usually exciting

Goldberg's matches are NOT exciting. They bore me to tears. There are repetitive and awful. Goldberg was a lousy worker two years agao. Imagine what he;'s like now.

Have to agree with ElGringo on that one. But like I said before, I haven't seen the majority of Goldbergs WCW PPV matches, although the couple I did catch were very bad.

    I can't believe I'm still defending Goldberg
Bad matches to me are punch, kick, punch, clothesline, punch. No interaction with the crowd, no charisma, poor selling(not to be confused with lack of, bad timing, weak looking offence and zero response form the audience.
    Goldberg has charisma
Goldberg isn't sloppy in the ring(don't give me that Bret crap as an example cos they are few and far between, plus accidents happen).
    Goldberg has strong, convincing offence.
Goldberg was booked to squash, therefore he squashed.
He sold when he had to, even to Lex Luger!
Never relied on punch, kick, clothesline(don't say he just relied on spear and jackhammer because that's ludicrus).
Goldberg got huge responses from the crowds despite awful opponents and terrible booking in WCW.
Goldberg is over huge in Japan.

Why shouldn't Goldberg be pushed hard? I would be happier to see Kea or Kojima get the Triple Crown of Bill Goldberg than from retirring Muto or Tenryu. I'd also have Goldberg on my card helping me sell out the buildings and push the company back up to NJPW's level. I'd also like to give Bill Godberg a chance to prove himslef before people proclaim him a disaster based on his unfair reputation.

Can we edit the word Goldberg on the forum?
All this talk of him is getting a bit tiresome.
