I'm trying to make an avatar of Keiji Muto as Kokushi, but I've never seen him on film and the only photos I can find are head-and-shoulders shots. Can someone tell me what he wears on his lower half?

Don't you mean Japanese characters? Or Batt written all over him as he has had before

Chinese characters (kanji) are used in Japanese written language. Japanese itself does not derive from Chinese, but the writing system does; it's only after they adopted these characters that the Japanese made their own alphabets, hiragana and katakana.

The BATT pants are used as "normal" Muto.
