    Honma

Has Honma won a match since he got to AJ? If not why hasn't he, the guy is a big talent with a cult following, and was a pretty fighly sought after indy guy so why is he being jobbed out to everyone?

    Hypotheses

-Honma debuted in 1997. He's thus seen as too young.
-All-Japan management is wary of guys from garbage promotions (even though All-Japan alumni are the ones who created them).
-Honma lacks size. 225 pounds isn't much. 231 and above is where it's at, especially in All-Japan.
-Honma doesn't have a political backer like Araya, Okumura, Arashi, Hirai, and even Nagai [Kawada] do. Kojima is his best bet, but Kojima has not even held the Triple Crown yet so he doesn't count.
-Honma didn't have experience abroad nor in FMW or other similar mid-size indy.

Count Yatsu, Kendo Nagasaki and Tarzan Goto, too. Mr. Pogo is a rare exception; he was an amateur wrestler who was one of the first graduates of the New Japan dojo, I can't imagine how he switched to brawling. Perhaps being in Memphis and Mid-South clouded his brain
