WOOOOOO, that should be a good match. Ultimo/Hayashi vs. Guererro/Buccanero should be pretty good too. The rest, eh, well not so good.
    Signature pending.

It's such a shame that when they're paying Goldberg & Hogan (maybe) so much, that the Toryumon boys are going to come in and steal the show again. All they end up doing is make the AJPW juniors look even worse than they are cos they can't hope to match the T2P guys for technique and effort... anyway, 1 T2P match won't peruade me to get it when it's available, and that line up sure as anything won't sell out the dome...

Actually, I'm praying that Hogan & Ogawa (the "good" one, Naoya...) do make it to the show!!!

because the ticket sales are reported to be low... The show is at the Tokyo Dome, reports said that they had less than 1000 sales... in a 50000+ stadium...

I don't want AJ to die!

    Hoost out

As reported on puroresupower.com, Hoost backed out of Wrestle-1, saying that he has no interest in pro wrestling. Sapp then said that he wouldn't work the show at all if he didn't main event with Hoost, (I may be slightly wrong on this point, but that was my understanding of the report.)
The most brutal move in wrestling today.

Even IF Hoost DOES sign on the match, it's gonna suck anyway. He is a *** in stand-up, but he has no experience in grappling! What the hell kinda wrestling match would that be?

W-1 Results: supposedly horrendous turnout reported, as low as 6000 to 20000, All Japan claims 45000, but first hand reports put it in the bottom two Tokyo Dome attendances ever.
