Man, it's hard to believe that in all of that time, AJ hasn't managed to develop even 1 decent junior to be worthy of taking the title away from a mediocre champion like Kashin. Even though I'm sick to death of all of the interpromotional stuff, I'd build up a feud against Takaiwa, have Kashin lose it, and have one of AJ's young juniors win it back (Hayashi or Hijikata maybe).

Takaiwa should have won the title. I'd go for the yung dragons. Yang or Hayashi. Unless Muto doesn't book them anymore...

on a related note to who schould defete kashin for the title kashin has spent this week in america last saturday in a tourney in czw he defeted czw junior champ ruckus before he lost via submision to former nwa world junior champ jimmy rave in the 2nd round with slight interference by ruckus. also he lost to jamie knoble in a dark match at the smackdown tapings

I'm sure not. I would think that since he already had the indy match in the States scheduled, he probably just had someone in WWE pull some strings to get him a dark match more for fun than because he was looking for a job there. I'd be shocked if it was anything more than that.

My simple comment on all this is this: They did the same thing with Tiger Mask IV and Minoru Tanaka, so why should we expect Ka Shin to get hired?
