    06/12 results (New Japan invasion)

    1. Ryuji Hijikata beat Taichi Ishikari (7:51) with a Fisherman buster.
    2. Nobukazu Hirai & Gran Hamada beat Kaz NOSAWA & Kaz MAZADA (10:40) when MAZADA was DQ'd.
    3. TAKA Michinoku , D-Lo Brown & Buchanan beat Nobutaka Araya, AKIRA & Tomoaki Honma (13:53) when Brown used the Lo Down on Honma.
    4. All Asia Tag Team Title: Genichiro Tenryu & Masanobu Fuchi (c) beat Kensuke Sasaki & Katsuhiko Nakajima (14:04) when Fuchi used an inside cradle on Nakajima (1st defense).
    5. Taiyo Kea beat Arashi (14:14) with a Tiger Driver '91.
    6. AJPW World Tag Team Title: Yuji Nagata & Kendo Kashin beat Satoshi Kojima & Kaz Hayashi (c) (24:17) when Nagata used a backdrop hold on Kojima to become the 50th champions.
    7. Triple Crown: Toshiaki Kawada (c) beat Jamal (18:01) by referee stop (5th defense).

    Congradulations to Nagata & Kashin. Kawada wins again!!!and the O-50 team retains.

    Nagata becomes only the second man to have held the IWGP, AJPW & GHC tag titles(Takayama being the first).
    I have lot all my respect for my namesake...there I would like to be known as WilliamsFan from now on...I feel disgraced with the name of Edge on me...

    Way to go Nagata! Ka Shin should be very thankful that he is one half of the tag champs. And friggin Jamal challenged for the Triple Crown?! Watsupwitdat?!

    I think it was done to put Jamal in his place, and also to have a big-name gaijin presence.

    When I first read this story at SSS my first thought too was to have the All Asia as the major. The AJPW Tag Titles have been devalued a lot in the past. Probably when Kojima & Kea couldn't defend them it all went down hill. Muto & Arashi tried to do a good job but if the titles go to NJ then it would be for the best. All Asia titles have a better & longer history anyway.
