Was there a Mr Pogo II in FMW after the original retired? If so, who played the role?

Yes there was a Pogo II, but I only saw one of his matches and he was on the same team as Pogo 1. Pogo,Pogo II, and The Gladiator v. Onita, Mr. Gannosuke and a 3rd person who slips my mind at the moment in a exploding pool deathmatch.
