alternate persona for Getkou?

On the FMW tape"Ring of Torture"there is a match involving a wrestler by the name of Getkou,he had very unique ring attire and mask...best described as a demonic clown.As usual the announcers hired by Tokyo Pop offered little help as to this guys background,anyone out there who can give me some info and if he wrestled under a different indentity?.I did a search but drew a blank.Thanks in advance!
