Can anyone tell me about the FMW and XPW working relationship

I have the XPW and Onita press conference on the XPW Best Of The Black Army DVD but can anybody tell me about the Matches they had and what happened with XPW's owner Rob Black and Atsushi Onita can anyone please fill me in.
