Getko?

I didn't follow much FMW when they were around, but a friend of my showed me an FMW tape that some dude called Getko I think it was and the dude just kicked his opponent all around the ring. The guy had a very colorful clothes and a mask and some black boats. Does anyone know who this guy is or where he is or where he came from?
