There aren't many left. Garbage puroresu has gotten so stale, many companies aren't doing it much anymore. The ones I can think of the top of my head are Onita Kogyo (also known as USO, Jado, and Project X), Big Japan (which aren't doing them as much anymore) and Mr. Pogo's mats-only WWS. But even these can't make up enough: Onita is about to retire, this time permanently, and Pogo runs only once in a while.

I think the two best companies that worked deathmatches were FMW and Big Japan. Early IWA stuff is pretty good for innovation and violence, but it never reached the level off good wrestling later companies would reach. FMW did have some pretty bad workers and Big Japan had the whole CZW invasion travesty, but on the whole, there were great deathmatches in both companies. FMW had Onita, Tanaka, Kanemura, Kudoh, and Hayabusa as great workers, with great brawlers like Cactus Jack, Mick Foley, Mike Awesome, and death match staples like Mr. Pogo and Matsunaga. FMW was more brawl-oriented, when it came to wrestling, as opposed to the later Big Japan matches with Honma, Yamakawa, the Winger, and Jun Kasai, which was more wrestling based. Honma and Yamakawa, in particular, showed just how good a death match could be when actual wrestling was involved and Jun Kasai, Hido, and Matsunaga, showed the limits of insanity a deathmatch could reach.

There are a few garbage promotions, most on a VERY small level:

BJW, WWS and Onita as mentioned before. DDT occaisionally does garbage.

also PVVC (the cool way to spell PWC on Japanese BBS's), Goto-IPPA ( Site One Site 2 )(aka Goto One Group.), SPWF does some garbage, Goro Tsurumi's IWA/IPW, pro-Wrestling Nightmare, Fightings ultimate Crazy Kings (which shockingly does shows on occasion from what I read) and Onryo's 666 pro.

Some of those arent strictly garbage but do Garbage from time to time.
