Hardcore - Done to death?

I love Hardcore wrestling, but isnt it getting a little tedous? The WWE should only use the Hardcroe 24/7 rule at PPV's, not every time it suits them when they want a mid-carder to have a title.

lol, true. i remeber when al snow and hardcore holly feuded over that belt. that was when the belt meant something. and when crash holly 1st used the 24/7 rule, that was sweet, but now im like 'wow, 5 titles changes in one night, boring'

Garbage wrestling is great when the fighters are of decent calibre... I mean... the IWA King of the Deathmatch type of show... Cactus, Funk... That's great... ECW was great...

If they stopped giving that title to low carders, it COULD mean something... Put Bubba, Richards, Raven, Dreamer, Blackman, Al Snow, Holly in there and you have a good division... Not Test & Molly & Trish & my neighbour's grandma!

Agreed, WWE has all that "Hardcore" ECW talent on the roster and they have Test, Crash, Trish and Jazz battling for the title, it is a shame and a waste of good talent.

Garbage wrestling will never be done right in the WWE. Vince puts it out there because he thinks by calling it "hardcore" it will draw ratings, no matter how bad the match is. He realizes that if he lets the garbage wrestlers he has actually wrestle garbage matches that people will stop caring out his punch punch kick finisher "superstars" like Austin, Undertaker, Hogan, etc. If they wanted to put out a good garbage product they would have the ability to put on the best garbage wrestling ever seen with the talent they have. Why can't Paul E. just have the book? I miss the days when Raven defended the ECW Title against Dr. Death...
