    Working Places

Terry Funk seems to be the only guy who has worked for the WWF, WCW, ECW, All Japn, New Japn, the NWA and FMW. This seems like quite a feet. I'm wondering if there is anyone else who actually managed to do this.

These don't completely fit with the organizations you mentioned, but...

Masa Saito worked for most of the NWA territories, AWA, WWWF/WWF, New Japan, All Japan, and IWE (old Kokusai Puroresu). He had at least one match in WCW after Turner bought it out. Teamed with Muta for a tag team tournament. Does anyone know if he ever wrestled for Bill Watts?

Gen'ichiro Tenryu also wrestled for some of the NWA territories (at least in Mid-Atlantic and World Class), AWA, WWF, All Japan, SWS, WAR, New Japan, FMW, UWF International, and probably more.

Neither ever wrestled for ECW, though.

I'm pretty sure Saitoh never wrestled for Bill Watts. The only Japanese to wrestle in Mid-South/UWF was Masao Ito, Kim Duk, The Great Kabuki, and Kendo Nagasaki. I could be mistaken though.

Am I right in saying that Abby, Brody and Bigelow were/are the true nomads in pro wrestling? They wrestled for pretty much everybody!

He debuted in Amarillo, plus he also wrestled a match for Kendo Nagasaki's new NOW.

Good ol' Cactus Jack has put himself around too as he's worked for All Japan, FMW, IWA, BJPW(i think), WWF, WCW, NWA, ECW, USWA, SMW, Global(pushing it), EWA(Otto Wanz) and plenty of Indy's. Don't think he's ever worked mexico though.

Vader has beena around too, he did a few shots for the NWA before WCW bought out, WWF, WCW, UWA(Mexico), EWA(Otto Wanz), UWFI, NJPW, AJPW and now NOAH

I believe Cactus worked a AAA card in the US - don't think he ever actually went to Mexico tho. And according to his first book he once worked in Nigeria!

BTW wasn't Otto Wanz' promotion called the CWA (Catch Wrestling Assoc)? EWA was the name the Dirtbike Kid used for the few shows he promoted in London....

Foley worked for World Class, which I think at the time was an NWA territory.

Juventud Gurrera has worked his fair share of places: NOAH, New Japan, EMLL, AAA, Promo Azteca, ECW, WCW, WWA (Mexico), WWA (touring group) numerous indies in both Mexico and the USA, and now NWA:TNA

Oh, and I think Masao 'Rusher' Kimura has worked for pretty much every league in Japan; the ones that come to mind are: JWA, Tokyo Pro, IWE, New Japan, UWF (the first one), All Japan and NOAH.

    What about Gran Hamada?

He's worked for New Japan, UWF (the first one), UWA (Mexico), Universal (FULL), Michinoku, WWA (Mexico), EMLL and now All Japan; he's probably worked for more; someone will have to point out the ones I've missed.

Actually Lance Storm, Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit have all done some major globetrotting. Something about those Calgary trained fellas I guess.

Big Van Vader is the one i know who won a major heavyweight title in Europe (CWA), America (WCW) and Japan (IGWP and 3-Crown).
And i have a very brutal shootwrestling match with Vader vs Wanz for the CWA title.
I search any informations (olds or news) in Wrestling in France or Europe.
