Hope you people don't mind me posting here but I do visit these boards anyway and figured this was the best place to post this;
I have created a puroresu eFed which has been membership into the NeWA alliance by the Executive Committee. As most guys here like puro I'll post the FAQ taken from the website to give you a feel as to how Pro Wrestling SPIRIT is run;
FAQ
What exactly is this?
"Pro Wrestling SPIRIT" or PW:SPIRIT and PW:S as it is sometimes refered to is a newly founded puroresu company based out of Osaka promoting throughout Japan. Due to it's youth, PW:SPIRIT is considered to be smaller in size than other more established organisations in the country, but in obtaining a 'Straight to Video' deal with Samurai TV and officially becoming a member of the N(e)WA, great things are hoped for the fledgling promotion.
What's straight to Video release?
Being a small promotion PW:SPIRIT has not yet obtained a TV deal, persay. Instead they have signed a 'Straight to Video' deal with Samurai TV which involves a handfull of events being filmed along the tour. The best and most relevant matches from these tapings are then placed onto video, and later DVD, for release a couple of weeks later.
What's the phillosophy of PW:S?
Pro Wrestling SPIRIT was founded by a former 'All Japan Pro Wrestling' veteran and therefore retains the traditional 'Strong Style/Kings Road' particularly amongst the heavyweight fighters. However, being a shrewd businessman he aims to reach out into new markets by employing some of the best flyers around for his Jr.Heavyweight division and by being prepared to promote the odd mixed martial arts shoot match.
Please explain the touring concept?
Pro Wrestling SPIRIT will run regular tours. The tours themselves will run about four weeks a piece, with an equal amount of time off, with shows usually taking place almost every day on the tours. You will not be required to roleplay and strat for every event on the tour.
Okay, how does the Tour schedule work?
Here's a typical schedule over a 2mth period;
Month 1
Week 1: The fixtures for the 1st half of the tour are released at the start of the week. Tour begins. Tour opener & house-show events are released during the week as they happen.
Week 2: Two Video tapings will take place during the week, different talent will be on each show. Rp's & Strats required from players. Results continue to be posted as they happen. Match-writers sent strats from Video Taping matches.
Week 3: Fixtures for the remaineder of the tour released. House show results posted as they happen.
Week 4: Rp's & Strat required for the tour closing event to take place at the end of the week. House Show results & tour ending card results posted as they happen. Match-writers sent strats from Tour closer.
Month 2
Week 1: Off week, matches continue to be wrote for video release, magazine article and other extra's posted.
Week 2: Video Released, taking matches from the first two tapings and the odd match from the tour closer.
Week 3: Video Released, taking odd matches from the first two tapings but the majority coming from the tour closer.
Week 4: Off week, extra's and other miscellaneous posted on website. Next Tour named with fixtures for the 1st half posted.
What happens during the 'off-periods' when PW:S is not on tour?
See the above scedule, but during off periods you may rest, help out behind the scenes with PW:SPIRIT or if you seek competition you may take bookings from other promotions. However, if PW:S is your characters first fed in the alliance and you sign either a 'full or part-time touring contract' then it is declared that SPIRIT owns all copyrights and trademarks pertaining to your characters name, gimmick & likeness and should you leave the company we may find a roleplayer for a second incarnation of them if necessary just like Tiger Mask I, II, III and IV and Black Tiger 1, 2 & 3 etc.
Why should I join up?
1) If you love puroresu this is the place for you but even if you know very little about puro, PW:SPIRIT offers to be a fresh alternative in an eWrestling world over-loaded with 'Sports entertainment' promotions. It will definately be an interesting and different environment in which to eWrestle in.
2) The work-load in terms of roleplaying and strating is hardly overwhelming. You only need to rp and strat for two events in two months, therefore you could create a Japanese native as your second character quite easily.
Tell me more about the various tournaments in PW:S?
Again, more information about these can be found in the 'Champions' section of this website but throughout the year, there will be singles and tag team leagues (round-robin tournaments), both Heavyweight and Lightweight, for 'monetary' prizes.
PW:S also plans to hold prestigious alliance wide tournaments such as the Super J Cup and the Real World Tag League.
What's the different types of wrestler contracts all about?

Full-Time Touring Contract:
Part-Time Touring Contract:
Video Taping Contract:
House Show Circuit Contract:
Per Appearance Contract:
How do you roleplay in PW:SPIRIT?
Pro Wrestling SPIRIT is a different kind of eFederation. Roleplaying does play a big role, but we roleplay differently. We put on respectful e-wrestling matches, and there isn't much sports entertainment. Stories are furthered through the matches. Therefore your strat takes greater importance than it does in other feds with the quality of your match strategy being as important as the quality of your promo's. However, within the promo, your goal is to use psychology on your opponent. Talk about past events, why you should win, how you can win (your style, their weakness, etc.). Be creative.
Do you allow Stables in PW:S?
Yes, groupings of wrestlers with collective goals and aspirations have always been apparant in Japan. However we will not accept any 'DX' type factions etc. The stable must have a reason for being together and must have a simple name such as "STERNESS", "BURNING" AND "WAVE".
What's the rules?
Basically just follow the guidelines given within this FAQ and you can't go wrong. The usual time-honoured eWrestling rules apply.
