Costs of wrestling shows in Japan?

I am thinking about going to to Toyko to see some wrestling and I was wondering how expensive the shows are there...

Well it kind of depends on the show and the building. Seats for a small show at the Korakuen Hall runs from 3000yen to 5000yen ($30 to $50US) for decent seats. If your gonna go to the Tokyo Dome then look at paying 10,000yen ($100) for decent seats. From my own experience the people at the booth will sometimes give the foreigner a discount or seat upgrade if ticket sales are low

It also depends on what you're going to go see. MMA is a lot more expensive than puro, for instance. Garbage also tends to cost more, for obvious reasons. I remember hearing that Zenjo's garage shows were only 1000 yen, but I don't know if I'd buy that. It sounds a little too cheap to be true. Joshi shows are a really good place to pick women up, so they're worth going to at any price.

A gaijin getting preferential treatment of any kind?!?! That does not compute. Are we both talking about Japan?
My blog is better than ZACH's blog.

It kind of depends where you are attending shows. I was in the countryside where there were very few foreigners. The people at the ticket booth ususally work for the arena and not the wrestling company, so they were suprised that a gaijin was even going to the show. I was given better seats on quite a few occasions. However, when you go to Tokyo to watch a show it never really happened.

Haven't been to any country shows (unless you consider Niigata "country") so I don't know, but I went to one of Kaientai Dojo's shows in their Chiba garage, and they were shocked enough I was attending the show, the announcer guy talked with me for about 1-2 minutes while announcing the matches in the ring. I never got any of that from the joshi promotions, even in the sticks of AtoZ's Battlesphere garage.
A-HA! (pronoun trouble) It's not "He doesn't have to shoot YOU now", it's "He doesn't have to shoot ME now". Well, I say he DOES have to shoot me now, so shoot me now! // *BLAM* // Yooooooooou're deth-picable!
