Hey Yo! Oh No! The Best of the Worst of Scott Hall 1984-present
Hey Yo? Oh No! - The Worst of Scott Hall - 1984-2001
1984 - 1991
Scott Hall actually looks like a white guy from Minnesota when he wrestles for the AWA and WWC.
1991
Scott Hall debuts in the NWA as "The Diamond Studd" with greasy black hair, cocky sneer, and a toothpick. He is put into tuxedo matches against Tom Zenk.
1992
In the late spring - the WWF begins airing vignettes that Hall will be brought in as "Razor Ramon", a Cuban immigrant that escaped to Miami and has a ton of money. The gimmick is, A - he has "muy machismo" and B - he may have come into his money "illegally".
In late December - he tries to initiate a feud with Bret Hart for the IC title by insulting Bret's near-crippled father Stu, and attacking his brother Owen which included beating Owen up in the locker room, and bashing him over the head with a trash can as he uttered "Hey Rocket, did your daddy teach you that one?"
1993-1995
Seems to have some self-control. Although, he, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, and The Kid create "The Cliq" and run roughshod over the locker room and, for the most part, WWF management.
1996
February 19 - Days after announcing a Razor Ramon-Goldust streetfight for WrestleMania XII, the WWF suspends Hall for 6 weeks due to "unprofessional conduct". Rumors indicate it is for Hall being constantly "unprepared" to perform.
May 19 - Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, and Hunter Hearst Helmsley embrace in the ring breaking kayfabe in Madison Square Garden after a cage match between Michaels and Diesel (Nash). It is Hall & Nash's last night with the WWF prior to their jump to WCW. WWF officials are enraged by the four doing so. As a repercussion, The Kid (X-Pac) is given his release by the company, and Triple H takes the brunt of the assault by Vince McMahon. Hunter is demoted quickly and constantly losses to Marc Mero, Goldust, and Jake Roberts, as well as being off pay per view shows for June-August. Shawn Michaels suffers no serious payback by McMahon due to him being WWF champion and too popular.
May 27- 6 days after his contract expired, Scott Hall shows up on the first 2-hour episode of Nitro to declare war on WCW. Because of Hall speaking like his "Razor Ramon" character, and WCW insinuating that both Hall, and Kevin Nash were still under contract with the WWF, the WWF files a trademark infringement lawsuit against WCW that, as we find out later on, may carry a very bizarre stipulation.
1997
While there is no doubt Scott Hall did something stupid this year, it was not major enough to become newsworthy.
1998
March 16 - On a "spring break" edition of Nitro, Scott Hall is clearly (and badly) intoxicated (which made for a funny slurred promo and jump in the pool). Later on in the week, he is suspended.
May 22 - Hall checks into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.
July 30 - Scott Hall is served two summons by Baton Rouge police department for allegedly fondling an unidentified 56-year old woman in the parking lot of a Radisson Hotel. Hall was also charged with disturbing the peace by public intoxication.
August - Around this time WCW begins a "shoot-angle" where they use Hall's public problems as a sort of "intervention". It includes Hall throwing up on Konnan and Eric Bischoff, acting too drunk to wrestle on the air, slurring his promos, and turning against Kevin Nash. Dana, Scott's estranged wife is livid. Brilliant idea, Bischoff.
October 2 - Scott Hall is arrested and charged with felonious criminal mischief for using a key to scratch the side of a white limousine outside of an Orlando nightclub.
November 27 - Scott Hall falls asleep at the wheel in Orlando, smashing his car but sustaining only minor injuries. Hall passes a breathalyzer test issued by police immediately after the crash.
1999
February 21 - After SuperBrawl, Scott Hall somehow gets his ankle ran over in the parking lot by a WCW employee. He had won the US title earlier in the night and then was stripped of it, for being unable to compete, on March 18. Is taken off television.
April 26 - Scott Hall makes an appearance in the "Ric Flair is unstable" angle, as one of the patients at a mental ward. The skit, along with another one that hints that Hall is driving the bus on a field trip, are very funny. Rumors abound that Hall will join a new incarnation of the 4 Horsemen, but he is kept off television due to problems with his wife Dana.
November 22 - A night after being awarded the WCW TV title, Scott Hall (along with Kevin Nash) throws the title in the garbage.
December 21 - Bill Goldberg is injured at the Thunder tapings in Salisbury, MD and is expected to be out for six weeks. At the end of the show, where they shot an angle where he punched out the windows of a limo, and sliced his arm. He suffered a bad laceration, but no muscle or nerve damage. His arm was put in a cast, and as a result, missed his heavily hyped match at the Tokyo Dome on January 4th against Rick Steiner for New Japan. Goldberg admits later on he was extremely upset with Scott Hall (who was in the "NWO" limo) due to comments Hall had made earlier in the day.
December 27 - Kevin Nash & Scott Hall (The Outsiders) were stripped of the WCW tag team titles when Hall was unable to wrestle due to a "knee injury".
2000
January 3 - The Outsiders are stripped of the WCW tag team titles for the second time in 8 days because Hall "failed to show up to the arena on time".
February 12 - Scott Hall was on a WCW tour of Germany and was scheduled to fly into New York for the 2/14 Nitro with the rest of the crew. However, when Hall arrived at the airport, airline officials refused to allow him to board because he was, in the words of a WCW source, "in no condition" to be allowed on the plane. WCW made the decision to keep him in the Superbrawl main event the following week despite this problem.
February 20 - Scott Hall was injured and hospitalized overnight following the SuperBrawl Pay-per-view. After taking the guitar shot from Jeff Jarrett, Hall was powerbombed by Sid, and the match concluded. Hall laid in the ring, and EMT's came out to check on him. They attended to him for a half hour in the ring, fitted him with a cervical collar and taken to the hospital. He was scheduled for an MRI the next day, and then he was flown home. He had complained of losing feeling in his right side, although some have now speculated that he suffered a stinger from the guitar shot, and that caused the temporary sensation. This was not an angle, and was not filmed. In fact, fans were ushered out of the building while they tended to him. It was reported that he had a bulging disc, which may require surgery, but later in the week it was downgraded to a "spinal bruise" which should only keep him out of action for a month.
October - Word leaks out that the WWF apparently has first right to buy WCW if an offer from any outside group is made. As a result of the copyright infringement lawsuit settlement over the portrayal of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, the WWF apparently put in a clause that they would have the chance to buy it if WCW was up for sale. A whole new twist was put into the potential sale of WCW, and the rumor machine cranked into overdrive.
October 17 - It was learned that Scott Hall was, finally, going to be released from his WCW contract. Hall had sat on the sidelines for months getting paid a hefty salary, despite all the past problems he has caused for the company.
November 10 & 11 - Scott Hall come in for a "tryout" at a pair of ECW shows. Hall, at his own request, was not paid, and other than a plane ticket, no other compensation was received for the performance. On his first night, Hall teamed with Jerry Lynn to defeat Justin Credible and Rhino. The next night was a huge TV taping, that saw Hall lose to Big Sal E. Graziano early in the show, then he came back at the end of the night to defeat Justin Credible in the main event. The matches never aired, and he never returned to ECW.
November 22 - After making a statement to the wrestling world that he was back with a strong appearance in ECW, Hall was arrested for driving under the influence in Seminole County, Florida. Hall drove westbound, against traffic, in the eastbound lane on Red Bug Lake Road in Seminole County, causing a three car accident. Hall had two open bottles of beer in the car, and a breathalyzer test administered three hours after the accident (Hall had gone to the hospital, and was released by the doctor) showed Hall scoring a 0.27 and a 0.26, more than three times the legal limit for intoxication in Florida (0.08).
It must be noted again, that 3 hours after the accident he blew 3 times the legal limit.
Late November - In truly one of the most ridiculous interviews in wrestling history, Kevin Nash & Diamond Dallas Page (who were referring to themselves as the "Insiders") tape a "worked shoot" interview (which WCW was doing a lot of at the time) and constantly use Scott Hall's name although management had made it clear that no one was allowed to do so. WCW allows the interview to air and uses a "silencer" every time Hall's name is said.
December 13 - Scott Hall allegedly kicks a taxicab door in Orange County, FL and winds up in front of a judge again. He is arraigned for the criminal mischief charge stemming from the taxicab incident, the 11/22 DUI arrest, and failure to comply with community service terms of his parole resulting from the 10/2/98 keying of a limo.
December 24 - WCW television commentator Mark Madden is fired for making unauthorized comments about Scott Hall (AKA using his name).
2001
Out of the public spotlight. And for the first time in 4 years, nothing of value to report.
2002
Returns to the WWF after 6 years as part of the new nWo angle. No talk of ill-will in the locker room, but time will tell.

her sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in her car."
"If you can't beat them, arrange to have them beaten."

THe only update I know i she is Independet or outlaw circuit bound. It is unlikely that since Waltmsn has left NWA TNA that Scott Hall has a promotional home anymore
It wasn't for the World Title?
I search any informations (olds or news) in Wrestling in France or Europe.

Actually, he worked briefly for "the NWA" (World Championship Wrestling, Inc.) in 1989 as "Gator" Scott Hall. By the time he returned in 1991 as "The Diamond Studd", the company had dropped the NWA name completely in favor of the "WCW" brand.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that feud was over the WWF World title, and Shawn Michaels was IC champ at the time. The Hart/Hall feud climaxed in a match at the 1993 Royal Rumble in January.
Wow Famine, thanks for posting all of that. I had either forgotten about or didn't know of half that stuff. I don't know whether to feel sorry for the guy, or to feel worried that he's still roaming the streets.

It was for the World title. Bret dropped the IC title to Davey Boy at SummerSlam in August and ended up winning the World title from Flair in October. He defended the title against Hall at the 1993 Royal Rumble.

Yeah, he had the nickname "Magnum" Scott Hall around that time, ala Magnum T.A., as both had that Magnum P.I. thing going on. Unfortunately for Hall, though, he looked more like Ron Jeremy than he did Tom Selleck.
Also for what it's worth, after he left the AWA around late 86/early 87, he had a brief stint in the Florida territory shortly before or right around the time that Crockett took it over. I remember in the Wrestling Inquirer section of PWI, they did an article on him being disappointed because the main reason he said he went there was to face Lex Luger, who had just bolted to work for JCP right after Hall came in.
