"ICHI! NI! SAN! DA!!" Which just means, "One, two, three, da!" The "da" is just an exclamation that really doesn't mean anything. Inoki might preceed his "ichi, ni, san, da!" which anything from "bakayaro!" (idiot) to "ikuzo!" (let's go).
