A little help on something.

I'm a bit confused lately. I'm not "new" to puroresu, I've watched plenty of it but I don't know what a lot of the terms mean etc. and I was wondering what the differant styles are, like "Strong Style" etc.

I really have no idea what they refer too and would love to know.
[I know Strong Style isn't the only style and I would actually like to know all of them if it is possible. Thanks come from this ignorant bastard]

Strong Style - New Japan's classic style; purely scientific wrestling, with pinfalls included
Kings' Road - All-Japan's original style: brawling, without blood; more striking than grappling though a lot of head bumps
Worked Shoot (U-Style) - derived from Strong Style, essentially scientific wrestling combined with kickboxing; no pins allowed, just submissions or KO's
Garbage - brawling with everything AND the kitchen sink; blood often drawn; a more extreme version of Kings' Road
Lucha Libre - imported from Mexico, essentially spectacular gymnastics with
a few elements of Strong Style (submissions, even though some are unrealistic).

"King's Road" is not really a style. It's more like a slogan...similar to JCP's "Major League of Professional Wrestling" or something like that (maybe a bad example, but you know what I mean...).

I heard something about Oudou Style somewhere, now it has me all confused again. If anyone knows what this is refering to I would love to know. Thanks man, you have been a real help to me.

To the list above, let me add:
Sports Entertainment - imported from the WWF/E, essentially gimmickry and matches based on it (interference, DQ's, etc)., what I would call "tele-basura pura y dura", that is, pure, hard TV garbage.
