Have any Japanesse Wrestlers acted in any movies?

Japanese movies or otherwise, Uncredited, Cameos, As Themselves or anything at all.

Don't you find strange that when an american wrestler reprises his or hor Wrestling persona in a film or Televion show they are credited as appearing as Themselves, everybody knows that they are portraying a charachter or persona but it doesn't seem to matter.

There are several, but I can't remember many.

Antonio Inoki was on "Badnews Bears go to Japan".

Keiji Mutoh was on a rather unpopular/unknown movie called "Hikaru Onna (shining woman)".

Yoshiaki Fujiwara directed a porn video and had himself on it .

There are several wrestlers who had significant roles in TV series. I remember Atsushi Ohnita played a role of an assistant of a sniper, that was played by Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi, one of the most popular rock/folk musicians in Japan.

Chigusa Nagayo played a role of a P.E. teacher on a famous daily TV series in NHK(Japan Broadcasting Association, a public network).

And of course, Rikidozan had several movies with himself as the main character.

Also, does anyone know if Akira Nogami has done many significant movies. I read he is an actor, but don't know any of his material. If it's as good as his wrestling, it could be worth a look.

I remember Atsushi Onita acting in a mini tv drama/comedy series called "Love and Peace" he played the role of a cop/detective.

and also in another mini tv drama called "Merry Christmas in Summer" Yoshihiro Takayama made a small cameo appearence.

The movie is called Hana-bi by Takeshi Kitano. Hana-Bi translates into fireworks.

I have seen a few tape sites that carry a sasuke porno, but I dont know if its him or not.
