I think the biggest injustice is Kobashi getting third in the MVP list for Japan. The man's had an absolutely amazing year, and I think he's the best wrestler in the world right now.
"The character of a man is not defined how he acts on when on top, but how he picks himself up when he has been knocked down."
Orton the MVP, what happened to Benoit's excellent year...And I agree with Marty, Kobashi's had a awesome year...
I have lot all my respect for my namesake...there I would like to be known as WilliamsFan from now on...I feel disgraced with the name of Edge on me...
I wonder who is buying the dude off. I mean, it's really hard to come close to justifying a lot of those choices. I don't think you could pick one day out of the year that Chono was Technical Wrestler of the Day. I was kind of expecting Joe Son to be in top 3 for fighting spirit though, given the way the rest of the list was going.
The only way I could see putting Kawada and Sasaki over over Kobashi is that you could make the argument that Kawada and Sasaki helped more than one promotion. Kawada carried All Japan, had a huge title reign there, is a top guy in HUSTLE and worked some big shows (like the Osaka Dome...bwahahahahahahahaha) for New Japan. Sasaki has held the IWGP Title(who hasn't this year though) as well as doing some decent business for All Japan. In that sense, I could sort of justify it, but really, it's still a stretch.
Honestly. There is no way he could really be that happy. Especially since I'm giving him credit for understanding how the business works. If you have some legitimate business to conduct with him you'll probably have better luck getting contact info from whoever told you to get in touch with him in the first place than you will asking here. Jimmy does seem to have a somewhat high opinion of Hisa though, so I'd try hitting Hisa up for the info if push comes to shove. That also makes the potentially large assumption that Hisa knows how to get in touch with him, and would pass the info around to anyone who asks, but it's probably your best bet. You could try poking around Livedoor, which probably won't do you a lot of good unless you can read some Japanese.
Both this site and wrestling-titles.com are at the top of his link lists. If he would go out of his way to put your work at the top of his link lists that would logically seem to be an endorsement and/or sign of friendship. Unless Livedoor just decided to link to both of your sites from his blog without telling Jimmy about it.
I have been writing a book on the late Bruiser Brody for the last four years and Mr. Suzuki was the "agent" for a couple photographers that I have talked with and acted as a go between, between these folks and the Japanese wrestling magazines.
I am in great need of more information about Brody's many tours of Japan if anyone here can help out, or have connections with anyone I should talk to please let me know.
Thanks for any help.

Maybe you should get in contact with a everyone who conspired to let his murderer get off without punishment. A play by play of how "Brody screwed Brody" would certainly sell some books.
