Simple. Click on "user cp" and then options, then at the bottom, click on avatars, and there you go. You get a wider choice for the number of posts you have.

Yeah I did what you said but I had no options for that field. I had no avatars

You have to have over 5 posts to have an avatar. Looking at your post count, it should work now
