My picks are Liger, Tiger Mask Sayama, and Ultimo Dragon. I'd put Benoit with these guys, but he'll best be remembered for his post-jr. heavyweight accomplishments. Rey Misterio Jr. is right on the bubble with these three, but these three are smarter workers who have better ring psychology and technical ability. Liger's amazing because he's been able to adapt due to the times, age, and injury. Dragon has the same quality, and it'll be interesting to see how he changes his style should he go back to the WWE without the hood.

I will remember him for his junior heavyweight accomplishments. Because when he was at his peak (1992-1995), he was a junior heavyweight.
I can't believe so many people are voting for Ultimo Dragon. There are so many junior heavyweights who were better than him. For example: Tatsumi Fujinami, Great Sasuke, Chris Benoit and Eddy Guerrero.
By the way, my picks for the three greatest junior heavyweights of all time would be: Jushin Liger, Dynamite Kid and Tiger Mask I (Satoru Sayama).

I wouldn't include Mil Mascaras. He was a heavyweight for most of his career. He only worked as a light heavyweight during the early years of his career, before he got really famous.
Kidman/Benoit (tie)
Billy Kidman one of the greatest junior heavyweights of all time!? That's hilarious!
I have lot all my respect for my namesake...there I would like to be known as WilliamsFan from now on...I feel disgraced with the name of Edge on me...
Due to Chris Benoit's lack of participation as a Junior/Cruiserweight since about 1997 and wrestling as a Heavyweight, I'll have to ignore him...
1- Jushin Thunder Liger
2- The Great Sasuke
3- Ultimo Dragon
would get my votes. I haven't seen enough of Tiger Mask (not Iv of course! Sayama) just 5 or 6 matches...
The other candidate that almost stole Dragon's spot was Koji Kanemoto. Koji is a fantastic technical junior, who can do some high flying moves, great stiff strikes, and has a fantastic cool look, but UD's crazy moves is more significative as a GREAT junior...
