I'd recommend the NOAH Differ Cup Scramble Tag Team Tournament... Great matches from the teams of KENTA & Suzuki and Takaiza & Sasaki, and the only poor spots are when Chocoball Mukai are in the ring.

There have been many Mexican tag team tournaments.

Oh common' guys, be easy on him. Off the topic of my head I can think of:

AJPW "Real World Tag League"
AJW "Tag League The Best"
NJPW "President Hoshino ¥10,000,000"
NOAH "Differ Cup"

Some are Annual Tournaments that happen every year, some are not. There's some other Tournaments, but can't remember any right now.
