    Question Shunji Takano/Great Zebra whereabouts?

On a '96(I think) Michinoku pro tape , I saw a guy wrestle named Great Zebra. Funny guy.
I did some searches to find more about him only to know that he also wrestled under his real name(Isn't it), Shunji Takano.

Did not find much more about him on the net or here, so does anyone have some more info about this guy and where is he now?

Not sure if this message belongs here, but I don't think that guy relates much to Michinoku, so I post it in general.

    Thanks!

Anyone has anything about this so mysterious and unknown fellow?
Do you know something Hisa? Since you are more familiar with old school wrestlers.

Debut from New Japan in '80.

Around '84 or '85, he joined Choshu's Japan Pro and wrestled for All Japan. After Japan Pro split, Takano stayed in All Japan (where he got a decent push) until SWS was formed, to which he jumped with his older brother George Takano (The Cobra), who was in New Japan at the time. After SWS closed, he had been wrestling for various indies, but I haven't heard what he's been doing past few years.

He never got along with George well, and their tag team stint in SWS was very rare.

He'd been wrestling as "Kenji Takano" since 90s.

I believe he was the tallest Japanese wrestler at least since the 80s.

I meant that he was probably the tallest among the Japanese guys who had their debut since the 80s.

I haven't forgotten Baba, of course.
