Why don't many people come to these forums anymore?
About 3 or 4 years ago, there were threads and replies being posted every day, and now hardly anything. What's going on?
There is a huge amount of puroresu knowledge on this site, valuable to anyone wishing to learn more, so it would be a great shame if it were closed down. I thought it had closed down a few weeks ago when I couldn't access it, now I'm glad it's still here. But where is everyone else?
Alas, I too thought the same.... I haven't been on much for a couple reasons... the main one being I no longer have internet access anymore. I've got to use the library so I only get a limited amount of time. I also see that pro wrestling in general seems to be bottoming out around the world for a period. I just cant wait until it picks up again! I hope it doesn't take as long as it did though when American wrestling bottomed out in the 40's and didn't really get going again until the 80's! And on a sad note most of my favorites have either died, retired, or gotten hurt to the point where they arn't coming back...i.e. Hayabusa, Eddie Guerrero, Mr. Gannosuke, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Ted DiBiase, Curt Henning, ect... So yeah that's a bummer.
When i started coming on this site four years ago, it was the opposite... I was in the library. NOW i have my own computer but never come on... I don't know... I just have never got into the forum routine. Right now im far too into my Puroresu DVDs collection and Ps2 Puroresu video games right now to get back into the forum scene... Not that I wouldn't love to get back into the routine...
not to get this moved to the video game section or anything, but you played Fire Pro Returns yet? Man....all I've been doing is spending time playing it.
yeah I just wish there was a way to hack your own moves...I dig the few supernatural moves in there but I'd put in Zangief's Spinning piledriver and spinning clothsline.... Or the devistating "Tower of Pain!" from Giant Gram 2000!!
but back to the subject, I just think wresting had died down for a bit....However I noticed the other day that Mutoh won the IWGP title and Kojima turned heel?!?! crazy....
I've never lost interest in wrestling at all, my reasons have been simple: Work and poetry. I work and i read poetry headlining a bunch of open mic's. I miss being here and being around my friends in Puro love.
