Troy Endres fake Muta gimmick.

I'm sure this has been covered before. I have tried searching every where and come up empty handed. I know that Troy Endres wrestled for a short time with NJPW under the Muta USA gimmick. Masked with orange hair. I know that he wrestled with Chyna in a tag match. That match has been removed from youtube. He was injured in the match and retired as far as I know. Later Johnny Hugger (Johnny Stanboli) adopted a different masked MUTA personna and lost to the real Great Muta.

I'm trying to find pictures of the masks worn by both of the fakes. I have searched and tried. I have captured some screen shots from the you tube video of Great Muta vs GREAT MUTA but the video isn't that clear.
Does anyone have any pictures they can post.
