Dr. Feelgood you are thinking of a Gory Gurerrero Special, which is the same thing but you hook the legs and use it as a standing submission....but I could be wrong the dropping part could have been done in Mexico first.

Yeah the Vertabreaker is like a modified Reverse Gory Special, in that Helms never hooked the legs.
