    Names?

Can someone explain to me the specific significance of Japanese wrestler names which are always written in all English capitals, and shown as such even within text which is otherwise in Japanese? eg TAKA Michinoku, AKIRA, etc

If a wrestlers name is written in capitals it means that they are a heel

    Nah....doesn't mean they are heels.

For some reason, they tend to use all caps when the name is spelled in English alphabet. Other names are written in Japanese characters.

In case of TAKA Michinoku, "TAKA" is written in alphabet, and "Michinoku" is written in Japanese. The same goes to "Chaparita ASARI". Both "SUWA" and "CIMA" are written in alphabet.

But why are those names written in alphabet in the first place?

Sometimes, if a gimmicked name is written in all Japanese characters, it would be too ordinary.
