If you don't have a lot of money to burn, forget about it. Photobooks that are in print are expensive. All OOP photobooks (especially those that have been OOP for almost 10 years) are really expensive. I've never seen a Kudo photobook sell for less than $75, and it had water damage.
If you live in Japan, try Yahoo. People sell good things on Yahoo, and the selling prices usually end up being lower than they are in America. If not, you might get lucky and find someone put one up on eBay, but that's going to be $100+ if it's not really beat up. Also experiment with search engines. You might find someone selling one on a message board someplace. There's also the option of typing it in in Japanese and seeing if a Japanese etailer that ships internationally happens to have one by some miracle, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for that.
Good luck with your search. Frankly you'd probably have better luck tracking down a Kudo plushie. And no, mine is not for sale at any price
I've tried taking pictures of it with my digital camera but it just comes out as a big light smear. The blister pack packaging it came in isn't very photogenic. I've tried flash, no flash, night vision and every other setting on it and it just won't take a picture that produces something you can see. If, by some miracle, I ever find a second one I will take scissors to it and provide a picture.
