I was wondering if there was really an joshi wrestler by this name. I was wondering since I saw in Super Fire ProWrestling Queens Special that there was someone who looked liked YUKI.
Oh yeah and I have to say in this one SFC/SNES game, Bishoujo Resuraa Retsuden! Blizzard YUKI no ran'nyuu that follows the Wrestle Angels timeline, that there was a joshi wrestler by this name.
So I see, it was Hasegawa's gimmick...
And to answer you question about Wrestle Angels, it's really an anime (Really old aired from the 70s) and it had a series of PC and console based games which had really good anime style graphics (PC-Engine and SFC/SNES brought to you by KSS and Imagineer as Super Wrestle Angels) where it's mostly just a card battle game except with a joshi twist.
It's somewhat like how most of the latest console games you see from many console game developers are card battle games.
However, the one Wrestle Angels game with Blizzard YUKI who was the focused wrestler wasn't really a card battle game with a joshi puroresu instead there a lot of focus on a cinematic joshi puroresu simulation where you train and make your wrestler get to the top (It's really interesting in terms of graphics) Super Wrestle Angels for the SFC/SNES was not just a card battle game with a joshi puroresu twist but it was also a promotion management simulator.
Anyways, I hope that clears it up.
Oh yeah, the game with Blizzard YUKI as the focused character is mistooked as "Beauty Girl Wrestling" on GameFAQs.
Thanks for the lengthy explanation KAZUhiro
You wouldn't happen to know whether these games came out in english versions? And if not, are they too complex to be played without understanding japanese?
