"... Strong Style warrior, Kensuke Sasaki, is BACK! The 3-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion intruded tonight to overwhelming boos from fans, who didn't forget his betrayal of the company from a year ago when he walked out. Kensuke caused a scene, leading to wrestlers, including Chono and Yoshie, appearing on the apron. Sasaki declared war on Nagata and challenged him to a match on 1/4 at the Tokyo Dome! Nagata rejected this, furiously shouting, "Go away and don't come back!", and Chono leaned to rejecting the possibility too, but Kensuke seems persistent so may appear again before the tour is out."
Honestly, I love the idea of having him finally facing Nagata and putting their feud to rest.
Well he will lay down for him that's for sure... As a "Sorry I left because of you in the first place, and I won't mind laying down for a clean win to come back" type of apology...
I think a lot of people don't like him for what he did to NJ. I also agree he should lose to Nagata. But wouldn't that make him look weak? I suppose for what he did to NJ, this IS his way of saying sorry.

Nagata should put Sasaki over at The Dome Show. If Sasaki goes down 'to make
up for all the things he did to NJ', it wouldnt just kill Sasaki stone dead it would also take away all his heat. Nagata and the fans have to be denied this clean righteous win over that dastardly son of a blacksmith! Then it will mean even more when Nagata beats him.

I think that NJ should push Sasaki as the major heel. Do something where he loses to Nagata, but then have him domanate Yasuda and have him basically steal the Makai club and have him go to war with NJ...
Having Sasaki lose to Nagata will make him look weak and he'll lose steam. With NJ staff members drunk (which is evident in the Recent IWGP title match), who knows what will happen?
But I think, if Makai is dragged into this mess, they can make the match end in a no contest where Makai simply interferes. This won't be a popular match and people will hate it, but that's why Makai is there, for people to hate!
Kensuke can then, have an agenda to destroy Yasuda and take over Makai. Then, Nagata wins.

well, as long as it's your opinion, then WJ is not officially dead right? hehee... lol...
Joking there... but I get your point.
World Japan utterly failed and Kensuke was probably the last remaining strength in it. He says he's going free agent so his stay at NJ couldn't be for good.
...<celebrations here and there for Kensuke haters>...
...<confetti falls down with large cheers>...
But I think Kensuke will make the 01/04 show very interesting.
Former WJ "ace" KENSUKE SASAKI will be working the main event of HCW's first event of 2004, "SHIN-NEN BATTLE 2004!" which is set for Saturday, January 10, 2004. For detailed info on the event card, please visit HCW's official web site at www.808hcw.com
This will be Mr. Sasaki's first appearance in Hawai'i and his first in the U.S. since his stint in WCW! He will be fighting HCW's LOPAKA, former Kamehameha Heritage Title Champ and first Hawaiian Heavyweight Champ! LOPAKA's last high-profile opponent was NJPW icon, MASAHIRO CHONO in HCW's "BATTLE HAWAII!.
This is quite interesting, that Sasaki is back. I didn't like it (and I bet most people didn't) that Kensuke left New Japan just because over a stupid shoot fight or something like that. For that, I hope Nagata beats the living you-know-what out of Sasaki.
You love me, you love me not, but you definately respect me!!!!
