Hirooki Goto has officially ended his partnership with Rysuke Taguchi and joined Katsuyori Shibata in the Maka Club. Makai Sponsor Kantaro Hoshino gave Goto a Makai Mask and he accepted it. Goto later said that New Japan will now see the "real Hirooki Goto".

Ok, Makai has a new member, Akinzawa has gone the rebel route. Hiroshi Nagao has become Manabu Nakanishi's understudy (new G-Eggs maybe?), and the only members of Nakamura's group are now himself, Naofumi Yamamoto and Rysuke Taguchi.

Basically all hell has busted loose.

Good for Goto. He looks more like a heel than Taguchi. And I think that he's a better wrestler. He's greener than Taguchi, but so was Shibata compared to Inoue a few years back. Look at them now! Shibata is a top heavyweight, Inoue is an average junior...

Goto has all the potential to be a main player.

It's nice to see them take over. Tanahashi's been doing that for a while now, and Yano with his new DQ personna... I like what they're doing with them.
