    Wow! Which match?

Can't help you there, but as far as I know, he used pretty much every color on multiple occasions. Blue as much as red, green, gold, silver, white, black, yellow and so on...

I have not seen this match, but I am guessing it is a match with Muta in the late '97 or in '98. The way I can tell is by the hair. I mean this is before he really started loosing his hair which happened around the time of when he had the match with barbedwire ropes with Nita, but this match was after 1996 when he wrestled with Sting. So I would look for a match between '97 and '99 just to be on the safe side.

    Thumbs up

You're right. He used this ring attire and this face paint in 1997, for example: battle formation 1997. (It was a good and little bit funny match with Chono)
    Phew...

Now this brings the question which looked better: Muta circa when he had hair, or the current Muta who is now bald headed.

If you had asked me in 1989 if I thought that Muta could get any more awesome looking, I would have told you no.

However, his new Muta look to me is incredible and a lot more frightening looking then just having his face painted.

I say muta with hair looks best. I don't like all those freakin' masks he wears now, the facepaint was the coolest for me

I totally agree. "New" Muta is different......i dig it too but the "old" Great Muta with face paint was the best!
