    That picture was on the cover of the movie "Jushin Thunder Liger: Fist of Thunder". He fights against another wrestler named Viper, but then they battle Godzilla-style out of the ring by turning into monster versions of themselves. I haven't seen it, but apparently it has Kojima, Ohtani and others from New Japan (at the time).
