No, not Antonio. His daughter and that husband of hers. You know, the guy "running" New Japan now. They're managing Puma and Black Tiger. I'm sure they're going to put enough butts in seats to pay for their plane tickets. Especially in Canada, because we all know how over Simon Inoki is in Canada. You just can't make stuff up like this.
Inoki in Canada...Well I'll be darned....well nothing is impossible, I'm getting The Hart Foundation in Windsor in July so anything can happen
I have lot all my respect for my namesake...there I would like to be known as WilliamsFan from now on...I feel disgraced with the name of Edge on me...
Well Luds, if you want to make the trip it's in the Oshawa Civic Center in Oshawa, Ontario. Ticketmaster.ca is handling the tickets. It is headlined by a "Who Will Be Warrior 1?!?!" match of get this - Samao Joe vs. Raven, being managed by Jimmy Hart, with Mick Foley as the special referee. That's an expensive main event to put together. Foley may be doing double duty though as they are advertising Ed the Sock vs. Mr. Socko. Makes sense, he's not a cheap booking. Gail Kim, American Dragon, Kid Kash, Chris Sabin, the New Church and Team Canada are all advertised. And of course, Black Tiger & Puma managed by the Simon and Hiroko vs. Tyson Dux & El Tornado.
If you do decide to make the trip, the CA$45 VIP ringside seats come with a special meet and greet, autographs, a Q&A session, a poster and backstage access, which probably means the VIP stuff happens in the dressing room. The show is on 6/26.
