What does C.T.U. stand for?

Where can i get more info about them. That sounds like a crazy name for the group?

I don't know much on them, but they are/were lead(sp?) by Liger.

Members as far as I know are/were Liger, Jado, Gedo , Takemura, and Minoru I beleive.

But I could be wrong , as I am not a big fan.

Maybe someone has more accurate info on them.
