Will Vader get the GHC belt before he retires?

I hope so, but I doubt it, Misawa is building for the future and if any vetern wins the title it will be himself. What a great achievemtn that would be for Vader to add another World title to his trophy cabinet

Indeed, I think that it would be a great move from Misawa's part, if he would give Vader the GHC title. I mean, just a transitional reign would be fine... Misawa could win the title from Takayama and then just lose it to Vader...

I think this is one time where being a transitional champ would be a good thing. I'd actually prefer Takayama to beat Misawa and then lose it to Vader

We can only pray. If Vader does get the GHC, I think it'll be a pretty safe statement to say that he will be the only one to hold the TC, IWGP Title and the GHC for quite some time. Of course, after he does that he'll have to come back to the WWE to win their title so he'll be the only person in history to hold a belt in every company he's ever worked for(save people who have only worked 1 or 2 places).

Well, if Leon was in a REALLY bad mood and Misawa booked himself to go over Vader I could see Vader taking him in a shoot. He's too much of a professional to ever consider something like that, but sure the camera would catch a great wtf expression on Misawa's face. All kidding aside, I'm sure Misawa knows that there is money to be made in Vader's retirement run, whenever that may be(he is still 47, you never know, he could still have 5 or 6 years left in the tank, hell, Terry Funk's 57 or 58 now, he may have 10 years left). When he does decide to finally hang them up it will be a sad day in wrestling. It's always sad to see a legend walk the aisle for the last time. Fortunetly, Misawa is old school so Vader will recieve a proper retirement ceremony when the time is right.

Yeah, one of my favorite things about puroresu is the way they honour retirement (well, except Onita) and thank a wrestler, no matter how small a star he was, for his contribution. Like Satoru Asako; never won a title in his whole career, but they have hima proper send off.

I can't think of a better send off for Vader tah for him to add another World title to his already outstanding collection
