    contestants

Yoshinobu Kanemaru- 2 time GHC JR Champ as well as part of IWGP JR Tag Team Champs. Winner of GHC JR Tournament in 2001 & 2002. Versatile and entertaining member of STERNESS.

Makato Hashi- Up and coming STERNESS Junior who has shown loads of potential. Defeated an injured Marufuji to claim GHC JR Title for a day before vacating belt b/c of that injury.

KENTA- Young superstar junior for BURNING who surely will hold many titles in future. Can mix it up in several styles and is hugely over with fans.

Naomichi Marufuji- Former GHC JR Champion and one time member of Misawa's WAVE. He's a young high flyer that has brought a new dimension to the NOAH style. Hugely over as well.

Donovan Morgan- Gaijin junior who along with partner Modest has gone to the top of the NOAH foreigners.

Michael Modest- Gaijin Junior who has excelled since performing full time in NOAH. Current GHC Junior Champion.

Kotaro Suzuki- Young showman who has worked with nearly everyone in NOAH. Currently alligned with Marufuji to challenge NJ Junior Titles. He's a gifted high flyer that is the future of NOAH's junior division.

Takashi Sugiura- Mat technician on the rise in NOAH as well as challenging for Super J in New Japan. Has been dubbed next "Kurt Angle" by a certain U.S. wrestling expert.

Naomichi Marufuji for sure, he's the only good one NOAH has... KENTA needs more time to grow...

I see we have a NJ super-mark in our midst.

NOAH's juniors are pretty darn good. KENTA all the way, baby!

Sorry Luds, but I just got done visiting a certain pro-NJ site where nothing good ever happened in any other promotion on the face of the earth and everything that NJ does is the best thing to ever happen, so I'm drinking my green NOAH kool-aid right now.

I'm a big fan of the NOAH Junior scene as well Jason. It may not be as deep roster wise, but the top 5 guys can compete with just about anybody. I also stop by that other "Misawa Hater" site whenever I need a good laugh at people's biased ignorance. Hopefully the two promotions (NJ & NOAH) will continue to work together b/c some of the Liger stuff in NOAH was fantastic. I am aware that KENTA, Marufuji, Kanemaru, Kikuchi and Suzuki aren't to Liger status, but then again, who is? I'll take a NOAH Junior tag match over one with Heat in it any day of the week.

Well i have to say sugiara because he can mix it up with anyone out there. The guy is gold and should be the next guy to get a push up to the upper midcard.

Wow, a thread from two years ago...

Marufuji for sure. Not only is he way over, he's also got the technical/high-flying skills. KENTA's overness has more to do with being popular with charisma and appeal to younger fans than actual ability.

NOAH needs to do a deal with DG to a better junior division...

lol, didn't even notice that. I do agree though that a dragon gate/noah deal would be great.
