    NOAH Stand-Alone Shows 8/15 & 8/16

NOAH held its first of two stand alone shows today (8/15). This was free to the fans and held at the Minase Village Tokoton Yama Camp, bringing in over 5000 fans. Way to go NOAH! That's an excellent promotion. It was a rather stellar card too, here are the results:

    -Jun Izumida beat Haruka Eigen
-Rikio & Kanemaru beat Inoue & Momota
-Sugiura & Ikeda beat Sano & Kikuchi
-Sugiura won 10-Man Battle Royal (Eigen, Momota, Izumida, Kanemaru, Imoue, Rikio, Sano, Ikeda, Kikuchi)
-Morishima & Marafuji beat Kawabata & Taue
-Kobashi, Honda & KENTA beat Misawa, Ogawa & Suzuki

Tommorrow's show will be televised on Samurai!TV and is being held at the Ogawara Town Hanekko Arena. NOAH is spreading their fanbase with such shows and it also provides for some quality wrestling during the break before the next tour "Navigation Over the Date Line '03" Set to run form 8/23 - 9/12 with Kobashi-Smith scheduled for 8/26 & the 9/12 Budokan Show rumored to have Kobashi-Nagata in some fashion.

The card does sound good, and it is a good idea.

I hope Kobashi and Nagata have a match next tour.

I never thought I'd see the day that would happen.
Good card for the most part, can't wait for the Nagata/Kobashi GHC Match coming up.
