    NOAH'S reason for existance question

OK, I know Misawa started NOAH when he left from AJPW. But what i don't understand is why he decided to start his own promotion? Also I'd like to know who left AJ with him and why did they join Misawa?

    any info would be good.

Because he originally wanted full control of All-Japan after Giant Baba died, but Mrs. Baba wouldn't let him.
Most of the roster left All-Japan with him except Kawada, Hase, Fuchi, and Maunukea Mossman (now Taiyo Kea).
There could be many reasons why they joined Misawa, since everyone (about 24 wrestlers) contributed. Some were tired of Mrs. Baba too, some wanted better opportunities (such as the juniors who debuted in the 90's, they were rarely given shots at the All-Japan junior heavyweight title which remained in possession of Y. Ogawa, Fuchi and Kikuchi. The only non-80's-debut wrestler to hold the belt was Mossman, a Baba boy)
Yet only Kakihara disagreed with his own push and left after only one match with the company, jumping back to All-Japan.

Not only did he want full control, but he was getting tired of putting up with Mrs. Bab's crap. He took all he could and then snapped. Of course, he may have been planning the whole thing before Baba died in the first place. I mean, he managed to get NOAH's creatation announced on AJ's last TV show, almost all of the Japanese guys walked out with him, and then there's Vader's contract giving him an out with All Japan coincidentally at the same time NOAH was formed. I'm not sure if it it's fact or not, but the there was a rumor going around at the time that Misawa was tired of Americans getting big pushes in All Japan and wanted to start changing it. If I remember correctly all of the Americans except for Vader stayed with All Japan.

Correct. The Americans in question were Hansen and Williams, who kept getting big pushes even after Baba died (you see how Misawa canned Hansen from the Champion's Carnival after Baba died?) And all those Americans (plus Smith, who's British) had been around for say 10 years that Baba kept All-Japan closed to outsiders. What else is to be expected?

I'm not saying there was anything else to be expected, just adding to what you posted initially

If I'm not mistaken, Scorpio Jumped when Vader did. I still don't understand why Misawa would care about other peoples pushes. After all, wasn't he the top guy in AJPW for years?

Misawa was one of the top guys, but also one of the bookers so who gets pushed is something he should care about.

I was very surprised to hear the Akira Taue left. He had that "old School" "All Japan" look. Plus he was Kawada's partner! Does anyone know specifics on him leaving?
