NOAH ran their April 1st rally at Osaka Prefectural Gym II, claiming 1,800 paid. Results:
1. Haruka Eigen defeated Mitsuo Momota in 7 minutes, 26 seconds with a back-slide.
2. Kishin Kawabata & Masaji Aoyagi defeated Yasuhiro Suzuki & Mohammed Yone in 12 minutes, 30 seconds when Kawabata used a lariat on Suzuki for the win.
3. Takashi Sugiura defeated Superstar Steve in 11 minutes, 1 second with the "Olympic Slam."
4. Jun Izumida, Akira Taue, & Rusher Kimura defeated KENTA (Kobayashi), Kentaro Shiga, & Tamon Honda in 15 minutes, 36 seconds when Izumida used his "meteorite" finisher on Kobayashi for the win.
5. Yoshinari Ogawa rolled up Masao Inoue in 7 minutes, 59 seconds.
6. Mitsuharu Misawa defeated Makoto Hashi in 6 minutes, 45 seconds with a Tiger Driver. This match was used to do a heat-up angle between Misawa & Fuyuki in which Fuyuki came out from the red-corner curtains and grabbed the house microphone. Fuyuki got on the ring apron and Misawa gave him a running elbow. Fuyuki was knocked down to the floor and the NOAH ring seconds escorted him out of the building (just like Masa Fuchi and the AJ ring seconds did last October for the Fuyuki/Kawada heat-up angle).
7. Daisuke Ikeda, Takeshi Rikio, & Takeshi Morishima defeated Bison Smith, Donovan Morgan, & Michael Modest in 13 minutes, 5 seconds when Ikeda used his "big bomber" finisher on Morgan for the win.
8. Yoshihiro Takayama & Takao Omori defeated Tsuyoshi Kikuchi & Naoki Sano in 13 minutes, 1 second when Takayama used a choke-sleeper on Kikuchi for the referee stoppage.
9. Richard Slinger, Scorpio, & Vader defeated Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Akitoshi Saito, & Jun Akiyama in 8 minutes, 44 seconds when Scorpio used a scorpion death lock ("sanri") on Kanemaru for the submission win.
