Hashimoto Not Running Zero-One?

The NWA website lists Yoshiyuki Nakamura as the head of Zero-One and not Shinya Hashimoto. Am I missing something or has the NWA flipped their lid? And while we're talking about Japan's member of the NWA, where's their contribution to the 54th Anniversary show?

Nakamura is Zero-One's representative to the NWA. That's why his name appears on the listing instead of Hashimoto's.

And in actuality, Antonio Inoki is still the official member of record in Japan. The NWA Board of Directors just allowed a "transfer of power" to Zero-One.
