NJPW and Zero-One news

New Japan Pro-Wrestling are fixing up relations with Zero-One. Shinya Hashimotoh will work on the May 2nd Tokyo Dome show. As well Chono is stirring things up on NJPW's Big Fight 2002 April tour with other Zero-One workers on the tour. With Chono having more power (I use that term loosely) there will less feedback against Hashimotoh than before.

Well, I must say I am glad to hear it. Hashimoto is an awesome talent, and its great that the NWA Title makes a couple more steps back to greatness by making an appearance at the Tokyo Dome

Stuart Max is reporting that Shinjiro Otani has definately been booked for the 2 May show too, which is superb news. Im not sure what it means for Zero One and New Japan, but Im looking forward to it already!

This should be absolutely awesome. It'll be great to see Hash and Shinjiro back in a NJPW ring, let's just hope that its not just a one time deal!

Most definatly. I'd like to see some NJ stars appear on Zero one cards as well. Hashimoto did mention that if Yasuda wins the IWJP title he would like to face him at a Zero One event. (IWGP vs. NWA title match)

That'd be kind of cool to see, just because it'd be interesting to see the NWA title in such a high profile match again.

Just a quick thought about Otani - I wonder whether he will face a heavyweight or junior on the card. Ultimately, I would like to see him face Jushin Liger again, because they work so well together, but I wonder whether Otani "bulking up" will prevent him from doing so.
