Is 0-1 the #3 promotion in Japan because of the airing on TV Tokyo deal?

Well, I know that the majority of promotions in Japan have deals with Gaora Sports, Samurai! TV etc.
So basically, a nationwide network contract helps out the promotion...
If AJPW were to sign a broadcasting deal with TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting Syndicate?) would their status on the puroresu ranking ladder rise?
BTW, about 0-1's deal with TV Tokyo, why isn't 0-1 programming found anywhere on TV Tokyo's site (TV Tokyo's staff probably didn't update the page *Just an assumption*)

I don't know why ZERO-ONE is not listed on TV Tokyo website(I just checked and couldn't find it), but in my opinion, TV Tokyo is not a major network. As far as I know, they only have 5 or 6 affiliates in the whole country while others (NTV, TBS, Fuji, and Asahi) have affiliates throught the country.

So I see, I thought that any regular (Ones that don't require pay subscription like DirectTV Japan or SKY PerfectTV!) broadcasting stations in Japan are considered major broadcasting networks because regular stations are accessible to anyone in Japan who don't have a subscription for the DirectTV/SKY PerfectTV! channels
Or maybe this all depends on how regular TV goes in different prefectures and parts of Japan.
