Zero-One and NWA working relationship

Could anyone give me the low-down on the woring relationship between Zero-One and the NWA. I was on the NWA's main site not too long ago, and it seems that they are billing Zero-One as one of their collective groups. Has Shinya placed his group under the authority of the NWA or is it simply a friendly working relationship? Thanks.

Just like every NWA affiliate, Zero One is an independent wrestling company with its own owner, rules and workers. But they are considered , at the moment, as the NWA's affiliate in Japan. The World Title is there currently, and the newly formed NWA Intercontinental Tag Team Champions are there as well.
