Takada Dojo?

What does the Takada School teach is it pro-wrestling or shootfighting? I've heard both from different sources but I was wondering if someone could help me on this one....

I've heard it's both, but couldn't tell you for sure. I know Dan Severn's school teaches both, and given Takada's history it would seem a waste for him to only teach one or the other.
