Kiyoshi Tamura in Pride FC Grand Prix.....

For those that dont know Mr.Tamura might be the 8th and last fighter to enter the 8 man tourney. Theres also word that Yuki Kondo might be the 8th fighter. I really want to see a a Tamura/Sakuraba fight.....

theres been alot of talk on who it might be. it could be a pancrase representative, since i know they want in. it could be a gracie, since renzo did come out at the last pride and announced, "what kind of grand prix would it be without a gracie?" it could even be, fingers crossed, frank shamrock. unless someone can give me a reason not to believe it wont be him, since he appeared in don frye's corner at the last pride.

ive been following this as closely as possible and ive come up with some new info hopefully. first off, at a press conference for the pride GP renzo gracie confronted takada about the lack of a gracie in the tourney. takada simply responded "give me time..." where renzo replied "I see." this was also from the press conference, spoken by the main man.

Sakakibara: (When asked about Mr. X) Well, we really planned on making the announcement today but it looks like it will take another week to finalize it. We're in the middle of talks with a fighter that we definitely want to appear. I can't say who but I can say that he has fought in PRIDE before and he is Japanese.

so... tamura seems to be the biggest possibility now. too bad, i wanted frank shamrock to return to the big leagues.

there was no gracie announced at the press conference. renzo gracie came out and announced "what would a grand prix be without a gracie" or something similar but thus far, if you read the above posts. basically, just read the stuff thats above your posts and that should cue you in as to the current situation with Mr.X. and how do you upload one of those avatar thingies? ive got 21 posts i think now so i can get one right?
