I can't believe it but this one of my dream MMA matches... I actually like both frank and ken but i would have to say frank over ken. Most of the things i was going to say was said earlier in this post. I can't believe i didn't look all the way down to past topics in this area of the message board.

Well Ken Shamrock and Frank Shamrock both come from the same family, but I have noticed they fight a little different. Not as in style, but I mean the way they present themselves like for example...Frank is a bit more laid back in my opinion then Ken when they are in the ring. Anyways I would say I would vote for Frank Definatly, because I have sen him fight first hand and I can tell you he is really smart as far as his technique goes.

I trained under Frank for a short time and am a big admirer of both his and Ken's career. Frank would have the edge in conditioning, as he has always kept himself in great condition, especially after his loss to John Lober. Both are well versed in the technique area, although I've seen Frank use more of it in his matches than Ken has in his more recent ones. The X factor would be weight and whether that would come into effect in a short match. That could hurt Frank in a striking match, as Ken's strikes would have a lot more behind it than Frank's normal opponents. Still, I would think Frank could play cat and mouse until Ken gasses, so I pick Frank.

Frank. Hands down. In his prime he was the perfect fighter.

I think Frank is more skilled, better conditions for the fighter ... but: he himself said, he never failed to take Kenny...
